I want you to love my work and to hang it with pride so, if you're not pleased with it for any reason you can return it for a full refund.* And, though I hope that it won't happen, here's the procedure to follow to return a painting:
Send me an email within 7 days of receipt stating that the painting is undamaged but that you wish to return it.
When I receive your email I'll send you authorization to return the painting.
Ship the painting within 7 days of receiving our authorization and note that shipping, insurance and packaging costs (if necessary) to return the painting are your responsibility. However if requested, we will make the shipping and insurance arrangements which you will have to pay to the shipper when the package is picked-up or dropped off.
If the painting is damaged send me an email - without delay - stating that the painting arrived damaged along with photos of the damage to the painting and to the packaging and a statement explaining that this is how it was received. I will then assist you to file an appropriate claim and with any necessary follow-up with the shipper and / or the insurance company.
Framed Paintings are subject to the following terms regarding returns and refunds:
If framed prior to purchase - refunds are subject to the same terms as unframed work.
If a custom frame was ordered and added at time of purchase the refund is subject to the same terms as unframed work except for the cost to frame the painting which is not refundable.
Customized*** Paintings are generally not returnable for a refund:
However, if - in our sole discretion - the work is thought to have some resale value, arrangements to return it for a partial refund may be agreed to.
And, if agreed to, the purchaser after receipt of our written authorization may return the work for the agreed refund amount subject to our receipt of it in an undamaged and otherwise acceptable condition.
The cost to ship, insure and package (if necessary) the work is the purchasers responsibility. However, if requested, we will make shipping and insurance arrangements payable to the shipper when the package is picked-up or dropped off.

If that's done, upon completion of the transaction, I'll send you a 15% discount coupon for the purchase of any individual art work on my website.
