Frame constructed and painted by the artist in a modern Float Box style.

Painted in 2015, "Just Off Collins" is a Representational though  somewhat Expressionist view of a row house that I photographed near Collins Avenue in South Miami Beach. I guess it was the colors and the odd architectural facade that interested me though I'm not exactly sure why or I chose to paint it. Not one of my favorites but obviously valued by the procurer.

Notes:
I've learned over the years that I'm not the best judge of my work and, it's why I complete almost every painting I start.
